Der Belastungsversuch ist in Deutschland vorgeschrieben und soll die Festigkeit der Konstruktion, bei gleichzeitiger Elastizität der Bauteile nachweisen. Hauptaugenmerk liegt hierbei auf den Tragflächen. Hierzu wird das Flugzeug in Rückenlage aufgebockt. Danach werden die Tragflächen mit Lasten beladen (hier Sandsäcke). Die Auflagelast bestimmt sich aus der Zulassungsklasse und beträgt in diesem Fall 3,8nBö (Böenlastfall). Aus den Berechnungen ergab sich eine Flächenlast von 600kg, das entspricht 24 Sandsäcken a 25 kg pro Tragfläche. Die Lastenverteilung erfolgt elliptisch nach Vorgabe, entsprechend der Auftriebsverteilung. Protokolliert wurden die Durchbiegung an 6 Punkten vor, während und nach der Belastung.

The main focus here is on the wings. For this purpose, the aircraft is jacked up in a supine position. After that, the wings are loaded with loads (here sandbags). The support load is determined from the approval class and in this case is 3.8g (gust load case). The calculations resulted in a surface load of 600kg (1320lb), which corresponds to 24 sandbags of 25 kg (55lb) per wing. The load distribution is elliptical according to specifications, according to the lift distribution. We logged the bending before, during and after the load application.
